#SHEQUAL is all about encouraging more women to follow their passion and getting them to feel great while they’re doing it. Be it Sports, Office work, or any domain they should be treated as equal as man. Throughout the life of a woman she goes through an extraordinary journey which is not always as appreciated as a fellow man. We have various famous athletes , stars , and home makers who are not always getting the same stardom/ value as the same person who is of the opposite gender. Thus in this time of society it's always the need of the hour to stress on bringing equality in the genders. So it's always required to raise awareness to bring about this topic and empower our sisters, mothers , friends so that we make a safe society where they are free to follow their dreams. We Travancore Royals aim to start the campaign and would like to continue it as long as we are able to make the impact which we have planned during the initial draft of this vision. We bring this campaign so that a female colleague should be empowered and their fellow male colleague should understand them and help them in achieving their full potential. To build a successful society a gender equal society is required. We plan to raise awareness through this campaign and make sure our vision is echoed everywhere. We can proudly say , we are one among the few football clubs in India which has an active women’s team.The campaign #SHEQUAL is all about inspiring more women to pursue their dreams. They should be treated equally to men in all aspects of life. Travancore Royals chose to launch this campaign and encourage everyone to embrace gender equality. We intend to promote awareness by using jerseys and t-shirts to convey the SHEQUAL message. Each T-shirt sold will contribute to the worthy cause of empowering women in society. The jerseys and t-shirts are moderately priced. You can support our mission by purchasing a jersey or T-shirt and wearing it to create awareness in the community.
